WDC President Feriel Zerouki and WDC Vice President Ronnie VanderLinden examined the challenges being faced by the diamond industry in complying with the packages of sanctions being applied by G7 countries on imports of diamonds of Russian origin.

They spoke to Margot Stuart, a co-founder of Originall, during a special forum on “Provenance, Traceability, and Technology in the Diamond Industry,” organized by the Dubai Muli-Commodities Center (DMCC) on May 16, 2024.

The forum took place on the sidelines of the Kimberley Process Intersessional Meeting, being held in the city at the same time.
